Suggestions?

You did well for the most part, you could have won as was said earlier. A few things: you left a lot of units out to be killed for no gain, once with a far too deep runner scout and once with a booster solider just hitting a heavy once, then you brought in a sniper to hit a heavy but left it wide open to die.

In general, you were too spread out. You spent a lot of wits attacking and defending simultaneously. When you're getting BS pushed like that, it's usually best to shut down the attack before sending forces to the other side of the map. Your opponent was able to focus the majority of their wits at the same position and thus was more efficient and eventually over-ran you after you didn't take the kill shot.

Hi everyone, first post for me here Smile

Anyways I lost a really frustrating game to this fishies player and I'm wondering how I could have turned it around

LINK

it looks like I could have waited to press my assault on the right until I'd fought off his assault on my left. Also I notice on turn 13 I could have killed the runner on his spawn space, moved my other soldier onto the spawn space and killed his sniper, which would have made it harder to kill both soldiers and thus repel my attack.

True of you on turn 13, killing a sniper is a 99.99% MUST, anyway at the latter part of the game if your base has 1 HP left then runner spam may appear and that you have to take a caution not to let any runner reaches the base. Also I think you don't make use of the medic in the early part of the game.

[A 116 turn in Glitch]

I wonder if I could shorten the game? 116 turns is very long to win. My opponent did many "Ninja attack" around turn 40-70, I was unable to do anything except spawning bombshells and bombshells. I won only if he was careless at the other side of the map. Any suggestions? Thanks

Turn 4: You could've done exactly the same with one wit less, by moving the lower soldier instead of the upper one. Then you moved the medic for no apparent reason at all. That's another wit wasted.

Turn 6: You left that 3hp soldier right next to the Heavy. It costs exactly 0 wits for him to kill it. That's another 4 wits wasted (2 to spawn + 2 to move). Plus, you've wasted one full unit. Especially on 1 spawn maps, that's gonna neck you.

Turn 12: A: You could've killed the heavy. B: Knowing that the medic is right next to the soldier, you attacked it, and left it at 1hp. That's simply not a good idea if you know he has the medic.

OK, hope that this helped a bit Smile

outwitters://viewgame?id=ag5vdXR3aXR0ZXJzZ2FtZXIRCxIIR2FtZVJvb20YvqbUAgw thanks for any advice!

Also this one in the world cup: http://osn.codepenguin.com/replays/view/...20Y24PSAgw

One thing I do see is that on turn 9 I probably should've used my mobi to bring my soldier back out of range of the sniper.
