Think we could have won it easily if my partner gave more support up the middle when we had the attacking advantage. Any advice playing on machination? Its our worst map.

Your partner used too many runners in the beginning and that put you at a disadvantage. Also, take a look at turn 22. There are couple different ways you could've handled that better, IMO. I would've either hit the base or take out the sniper and runner. I think if you hit the base there, you probably figure out a way to get that last point in. Taking the wit space with a sniper and 2 enemy spawns right next to you doesn't offer much value. Other than that, the flow of what you were doing was correct for Machination. Just clog the middle and take shots at the base when you can.

Mmm Machination! Our favorite.
Turn 16. No. Use the soldier and kill that backdoor runner and use your runner and jump the wit spot. Turn 22. No. Sacrificing that soldier? Overall I thought y'all were winning because of the troop advantage.

Great play by y'all, though I didn't think they were that good, y'all still played very strong. One question: What was your partner planning with that BS move?

Mr. Banger and WorldFamous,
Thanks for advice. I debated turn 22 for a while. Should have just hit the base. Disappointing loss as we had the wit and troop advantage for most of the match.

Planning? He don't need to stinking planning. He decided he wanted a shell and that was the spot available. He doesn't put much forethought into the fog. He's got good instincts for what he can see, but the fog is another story. It's a small miracle we've had as much success as we have. I think you're right about our opponent. They're new to masters, or at least we haven't seen them before that.

Prosspy is actually pretty good. He has a pretty high ranked team with another partner. His partner in that game was, I'll say, inexperienced. He had no concept of the fog of war whatsoever. It was amazing that prosspy pretty much fought you guys off by himself for so long. Acrospire is a big map and can be tough to finish. The keys are mobi and scrambler. You really need range and they provide the best.

Lol yeah prosspy and his other partner beat us on machination (that map again) a while ago.
And a good acrospire tip, as it's become my favorite 2v2 map... Double mobis own since they give huge range.
