Hi guys!
This is Greg from Autodesk and I'll do my best to clarify a few things. Scaleform is a highly optimized flash runtime. Users create content using Adobe Flash then deploy that content on mobiles or consoles using Scaleform. When deploying to mobiles (iOS,Android) users can use our $295 per seat/per platform license found here: http://gameware.autodesk.com/support/downloads. We do not have a web plugin so you can't use Scaleform for web purposes. For a side-by-side comparison of our different licenses please visit http://gameware.autodesk.com/trials.
