No. You can't move a non-runner-Scrambler unit unless you are trying to free a spawn point. The sniper would kill your soldier because the soldier is in range of sniper attack without movement, but the sniper is not in the soldier's range of attack.
And no, bases don't have a relevant role to the tourney. You could if you REALLY wanted to. Just don't destroy it. I am GameCenter's Chemoeum. RIP, DL banner. Explosions. Go here! |
