I'll give an example for a 6-member clan:

There are 16 matches in total per clan war. In which, one player can't play more than 3 times. So all of them would be playing like the following way:

Player 1 (three 1v1 matches)
Player 2 (three 1v1 matches)
Player 3 (two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match)
Player 4 (two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match)
Player 5 (two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match)
Player 6 (two 1v1 matches and one 2v2 match)

That way they would be playing 3 matches at the same time, each one of them. That's 16 matches in total. One of them will be able to play up to 5 games at the same time so they can play some matches with the other clan, or whatever order they choose. If they are willing to play more than 5, they can.

"The meeting" is one match per clan-war. If you have to face all clans it would be 4 "the meeting" in total. One will start when once one is finished. The leaders can arrange this by posting in the clan-war threads.

By the way, in your case, you're 13 members. It's easier to manage this format.

If all the clans had only 6 members. Each member would have to play 12 times to finish the round robin.
