Format:
Every clan will match each other playing all the following modes of gaming. Players to play will be chosen by the leader of the clan "in agreement" with the other members. The two clans that get more points will be the two great finalists and they will have a Grand Final Round. They will start from 0 points. The one that gets more points is the winner of this Clan Tournament. I hope youunderstand some of the rules and the timelimits per turn. This is because we all don't want this tournament to take so long.

Matches:
The matches will be set from the begining. They will be arranged by the leaders by posting in each clan war thread that will be created. As soon as ALL the matches are set, we can start playing until finishing completely. One player will be able to play at least 5 matches at the same time. If someone invites his opponent to play and he's busy with 5 matches, it will be up to the opponent if he wants to play more than 5 tournament matches. Please cooperate with the time. Remember we're playing for fun. So you don't have to wait necessarily until 2 days to send the turn, also, remember the rules. One player can't play more than 3 times per clan war ("The meeting" doesn't count in this rule). If someone plays more than 3 times in a clan war, 3 points will be discounted. In "the meeting", all team members can participate by posting on their private forum, please be aware of each move and don't let your partner alone, remember this mode is worth 9 points. If we are a clan, we should behave as a clan. A match result should be posted on the clan-war thread, but if you post it on the main thread, it's ok.

These are the modes: (the matches should be played simultaneously)

Think quickly: (whatever race)

1. TBA vs TBA Sharkfood Island
2. TBA vs TBA Sharfood Island
3. TBA vs TBA Foundry
4. TBA vs TBA Foundry

Worth: 1 point for the clan (per match)

Metagame on fire:

Type: Individual
Time per turn: At the very most 2 day per turn. If the match got to say "3 days ago", 1 point will be discounted, and if it says 4 days ago, it'll be a forfeit, as long as the opponent takes a screenshot and post it on the thread.
Worth: 2 points for the clan (per match)

1. A vs A Thorn Gulley
2. A vs A Thorn Gulley
3. F vs F Glitch
4. F vs F Glitch

Pushing the fish:

Type: Individual
Time per turn: At the very most 2 day per turn. If the match got to say "3 days ago", 1 point will be discounted, and if it says 4 days ago, it'll be a forfeit, as long as the opponent takes a screenshot and post it on the thread.

1. S vs A Sweet Tooth
2. A vs S Sweet Tooth

Worth: 3 points for the clan (per match)

Plant vs zombies:

1. F vs V Thorn Gulley
2. V vs F Thorn Gulley

Type: Individual
Time per turn: At the very most 2 day per turn. If the match got to say "3 days ago", 1.5 points will be discounted, and if it says 4 days ago, it'll be a forfeit, as long as the opponent takes a screenshot and post it on the thread.
Worth: 3 points for the clan (per match)

Good partners: (different couples)

1. SA vs SA Blitz Beach
2. SA vs SA Mechanism

Type: Individual
Time per turn: At the very most 2 day per turn. If the match got to say "3 days ago", 2 points will be discounted, if it says "4 days ago" it'll be a forfeit, as long as the opponent takes a screenshot and post it on the thread.
Worth: 4 points for the clan (per match)

The meeting: (it's recommended to play one by one against each clan)

Type: Group. The player in charge in this match has to publish the match (with screenshots) on their own private forum. [AvE style]
Time per turn: At the very most 4 days per turn. If the match got to say "4 days ago", 4.5 points will be discounted and if it says "5 days ago" it'll be a forfeit as long as the opponent takes a screenshot and post it on the thread..
Worth: 9 points for the clan (per match)
Additional info: It's recommended to use an app to share the screenshots, for example "imgupr (click to download)". You can also use an app for chatting quickly in a group, for example "imessage" or "kik messenger (click to download)". All of them are for free.

1. A vs A Sweet Tooth and F vs F Glitch (who is P1 will be set on the clan-war thread)

Important Notes and Rules:

1. Each member has to be officially in a clan, showing his logo team on his profile.

2. The tournament will start once one of the options I mentioned is complete and all is set up.

3. Each leader is responsible if any of the members disappears in the middle of a match. It will be forfeit of course.

4. When the matches are about to start, each clan vs clan will have a thread I'll create to put their results. For example: One called "Anonymous clan vs Good Game team results" and "Anonymous clan vs Ice Blood Bullet results".

5. If someone loses a replay (the link) by mistake, he has to ask the opponent's leader to confirm the match result. If it turns out that they both say they are winners (one of them acting up) the match will be "null". 0 points to each clan. That's why it's very important to post the results as soon as possible.

6. All matches have to get started as soon as we say the tournament has started, simultaneously.

7. If the leader of a clan can't take part in this tournament, one of the member can sign up as a leader with the permission of the original leader. The original leader will have to send a private message to "jesusfuentesh" confirming this.

8. Some rules may change a little, depending on the convenience of all the participants.

9. Players aren't supposed to join after the tournament starts. There could be an exception if a clan really needs a player to join.

10. Choosing the players: In a clan vs clan thread, before starting a clan war, the leader of a clan (A) will start saying who is going to play first, then the other one (B) chooses his player to play against him. Then, this same leader of that clan (B) says a player to play the next, and then the opponent leader (A) says a player to play against him, and so on, until having completed the whole match board. After this, all the matches will start simultaneously. That thread will be created by "jesusfuentesh", and he will update the results and current score as players post them.

11. Anyone can't sign up a teammate. Each member has to post by himself.

12. After someone finishes a match, he/she has to paste the link in the thread and say what mode he/she played.

13. If one player chooses a wrong race by mistake in a official match, the opponent has to report it on the thread and the clan who did the mistake will be discounted 0.5 points. (You could've seen your opponent's first move).

14. If one player invites someone to play just to get in touch with his opponent to see if he has chance to play (since he doesn't know), he shall not take any wit tile and has to text on the chatbox in the first turn.

15. The participants have to say on the chatbox one of these phrases at the begining of each match:
- Say no to racism
- Love your neighbor as yourself

Good luck. Have fun

Rule 5: if the winner loses the link, he ends up forfeiting? That seems strange. Here's an interesting scenario: player A beats Player B. player A loses the link. player A says to be B 'hey, be a good sport and put the link up'. Player B, who's a bit of a douche, says no. Then player A comes on the forum and says "hey, Player B won the game, but he lost the link, so I guess I win because he forfeits'. How can player B prove him wrong, unless he brings forward the link showing that he lost? Just a thought.

Rule 10: this could take awhile, unless the two teams clan leaders can find a time to bang it out simultaneously. I'm just thinking if some people post on the forums once or twice a day, it there's 20 matches per matchup, that could take 20 odd days just to set the matches.

Also, are there any rules concerning how often each team member has to play? By my count, there are 20 1v1s and 4 2v2s, which is 28 slots per team. If youre looking at 11+ players per team, do you have to use everyone at least twice? At most three times?

For the AvE team match, this isn't going to start until the rest of the matches have finished? This seems like out of all the matches will be the real time killer (the turn limit is 3 times as long), and I would think you'd want to start it earlier. If each team is P1 once, I wouldn't think it'd be a big deal to choose the P1s randomly, or let the team with the pick of the first player in the whole back and forth thing not get first pick at the map.

The only thing I don't like is that players can post screenshots and ask for advice for each individual game. I would prefer if the individual games were played on their own. I guess there's no way to ensure this, but each clan would be on the honour system I guess. I wouldn't like it if some clan had to face Poweewee 20 times or Mag!cguy 20 times. Let each clan member play for themselves, otherwise really what's the point of this thing?

I'm not trying to be nitpicky, just posting some thoughts. I really want this tournament to succeed.

I'd have to agree with amoffett, for individual matches, lets not have any in clan discussion.

If player A says "Hey, player B won the game but he lost the link". Player B shall be the winner automatically since his very same opponent is stating that he won. (That's what typed up there). A discussion is over when the opponent says that the other player is the winner. Anyway, some players may take a screeshot on their game list when the match is over. Just in case. There are a lot of apps to save notes. He can also save the replay on OSN. Those options would be very appropiated for a cautious person. If the winner wasn't that prundent in doing something to prove the victory, he would forfeit sadly.

You know in this world happens many unjust things just because people weren't prudent.

- "Do not recieve any help when you are at a Automatic Teller Machine"
- may I help you buddy?
- Sure.
- Oh I was stolen. Why me!!!!??

Ingenuousness and evil. The thief stole, which is a bad thing. The guy paid for his ingenuousness and better a leason learned. But he lost the money in the end anyway

Conclusion: The winner is the most interested player to post the result. The opponent can post it too if he wants to cooperate.

Yes this might take a while if the leaders are too lazy. We can set a time of 2 days (for example) to set the order of all the players to play. When the 2nd day comes, and we have no answer. They shall be set randomly

Yes. Look for the 1st red letters in the post

Duh, that was my plan at the beginnig, but I considered the time. I just forgot to remove that part about who is P1. There are two matches in that mode. One of them shall start as soon as we start the tournament. The another, when we finish the first. Thanks

If they are very good friends I can't avoid this. I can't either get to their private forum to check if they are posting screenshots. They could also even use a messenger if they want anyway. This is up to them and if they have time enough. This is not a big deal. I don't think they have plenty of time to share many things or move, even less for all the members, in such a case.
