in regard to Stalemates, maybe there should be a "declare Stalemate" prompt that pops up on every 100th and 101st turn (so it would appear on turn 100 and 101, then 200 and 201, etc).
it would be a popup box that says something like "this game's been going on a long time, would you like to request a stalemate?" saying "yes" would send the same request to your opponent.
