it's "simple" to fix:
* if you touch spawn and a bombshell is not selected, show spawn menu.

i dont know anything about programming but im pretty sure you cant just type that in and it just works.

I've been programming for 27 years, and that's why I wrote "simple" in between quotes :-)
Conceptually it's extremely simple, codewise I don't know without looking at the code. But it's such a bad bug that even a quick/dirty/ugly hack would be better than leaving the bug there.
