You could get 35 games as 1p adorables on reaper if you wanted to, with no penalty

The rush is stoppable, if defended right.

In order to defend, I suppose you need to set up your moves assuming that adorables will do the mobi rush?

If you're Adorables or Feedback, you can open more or less like normal, checking for the rush on Turn 6 and responding accordingly. Scallywags and Veggienauts, though, will most likely have to defend the rush without their Special, and these two have to anticipate the rush, at least from what Terence and I have been experimenting with.
