Bramble herself or her thorn patches? If its thorn patches, i understand that the game doesn't end cuz the thorn patches could kill and win. But if if its bramble herself, then bramble doesn't have any room to grow her thorn patches to kill those medics and the medic can't move off their spawn to spawn killing units, so who wins?

Whoever stops sending their turns and lets the game time out is the loser.
Hmm, I just got an idea for a new asynchronous turn based iOS game...

Once I did a PnP with myself and I filled the whole map but also I put a line of medics in each team front line so nobody could move or attack and the only possible move was to tap the on the Done button
