Hi Alex, I have the same problem as Colin unfortunately
 my email is a googlemail.com email and it recognises that and emails it. However I havent received any sort. Tried a few times yesterday and today, no sign, not in my spam either. Is there any way you could help please?

It seems in the new forum there are some tips to create threads I don't know. I am not familiar eith the format but I am trying.
