Means you have to go through all 4 first before returning to a previously played race. But this only applies to repeat opponents. If you wanted you could play all 10 of your Round #1 home games as a single race, but then you wouldn't be allowed to play that race again unless you made it to Round #4 and the first set failed to materialize a clear winner.
