Yes, all games can be started now. There is going to be no more change in the seeds.

I believe what he meant was if we can start them even if we are on the bottom of the bracket, since we still have yet to recieve an invite.

Personally I would invite opponet on 1v1 and use the in game chat to remaind that 2v2 tournament has begun!
Our first round match is already waiting the turn 27. Too bad my partner is abroad and does not have an internet connection.

Well, no, but if P1 does not create the game by aforementioned date, then it is a forfiet.
P2 cannot create the game under any circumstances.
