Long Nine P1 Rush
Just encountered a very interesting rush strategy. If she hadn't moved her 2-health sniper on Turn 5, I probably would have lost.

I actually think you would have been fine either way. That rush is very all in. Even if the sniper hit your base for 3 damage it wouldn't really matter. You had three runners, a heavy, a soldier, and a medic against only a sniper and medic. You handled it well and I don't think you could lose to it

RE: Long Nine P1 Rush
Ahh. Upon reassessment, you're definitely correct. Even if the sniper WASN'T moved on Turn 5 leading me to attack with my runner, she would have had to decide between killing my runner or doing damage to my base, only to lose the sniper next turn.

TIL that although it's usually a good idea to completely kill units during your turn, sometimes getting in their face and forcing them into impossible decisions is also a good idea.

RE: Long Nine P1 Rush
That attack seemed very rushed. You defended that well. A fine example of why all-out attacks must be carefully planned.
