How would the drug spread from the mad scientist to everyone else?
When i read it i kept thinking about this story i vaguely remember about a guy who was dead and buried, and something years later, he was seen alive again. He said he was the guy who was buried. His body wasn't at the grave so it could only mean someone stole it or he came out of it. The guy had the same stitches and remembers the doctor who gave it to him. The doctor remembered him too. The only explanation they came up with was that he came back to life. I hear there's a secret Mobi hidden here somewhere… |

It could have been modified to be transmittable if they were testing out the likelihood of a zombie apocalypse
