TILT to LIVE² - Redonkulous Early Bird Tournament

Now that we have a trailer and since the last tournament was well received it is my great pleasure to announce the Tilt to Live 2 - Redonkulous Early Bird Tournament!

Rules

This Tournament begins with the release of Tilt to Live 2 on November 14th and ends 4 weeks later, Devember 15th (to accommodate for time zones) on 18:00 UTC. At this point, the best all-time scores will be tallied up and the winners will be determined.
Every participant may enter with one and only one Game Center ID. Since I can hardly enforce this rule, I appeal to your honor in keeping this a fair challenge.
Since Tilt to Live 2 will be a universal app both iPhones/iPod Touches and iPads can be used and both will be ranked together. Adam and Alex will be blamed if scores from different devices turn out to be incomparable.

Scoring
Upon release there will be two game types available: Classic Mode and Code Red*. Scores in both game types will be converted into Tourney Points which will then be added together for the Early Bird ranking.
The top scores in each game type will award 500 Tourney Points each. Every other score will earn less points based on the ratio between it and the respective top score. The exact formula looks like this:

The reason for rounding up (denoted by the square brackets with the lower bar missing) is to prevent any rounding based shuffling when the top score changes.
The chance for two or more participants to have the exact same number of Tourney Points in the Early Bird ranking seems very low and a tie-breaker rule is therefore not considered necessary.

*Update (December 4th): Even though the latest update brought Old School mode to Classic Mode and Code Red, this tournament remains as it is. That is to say, only Classic Mode and Code Red (without Old School mode) will be consiedered.

How to enter

Send a Game Center friend request to TtL2 Early Bird.*
Play Tilt to Live 2 after it is released and submit your scores to Game Center.°
There is no step 3.^

Sign-ups will be accepted until December 1st to prevent anyone from entering last minute with high scores and snatching positions away from people without giving them time to improve.
*: Even if you were part of the last tournament, you need to send a new friend request.
°: Any technical difficulties with Game Center are beyond my control. Apart from large-scale failures no alternative submission channel will be accepted.
^: Seriously, there is no step 3, stop looking in these footnotes.

Prizes

1st through 3rd place in either discipline: barrels upon barrels of glory, pride, and honor*.
1st place in either discipline: extra barrel filled with admiration*.
1st place overall: honorary title "Redonkulous Early Bird".

*: Emotions are subjective. Barrels are sold separately.
