Oh, the matching system has always been broken like that. If you don't match within a certain time period, it will then match you with anybody.
Poweewee and others that high complain, because they get matched against unranked or gifted\etc. all the time. I think he's just so high that he doesn't match against even you, and unless Poweewee or maybe blkace\burnodod start games, his matches just timeout and he matches against anybody =( "Love is patient, love is kind....It does not dishonor others, is not self-seeking, is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
