Your heavy/sniper moving up would be negated by my sniper that is moving up, and you won't be in position to cut it off. Additionally, my soldier only needs to kill your sniper, and I know how many turns it will take to get it in position. In the next turn, I would have placed my soldier on top hex, with the medic blocking your heavy. Or I would kill your heavy if you left it in range. Then, since you can't kill my soldier with one hit, I would blind rush it. That gives me enough time to do this.
My sniper would be in the OP spot in 3 turns, I just have to keep my soldier on the hex until the last turn. Then my sniper would snipe your base from this spot:
