In round one Mr Fluffies M.D. Would healing a scrambled scrambler be considered boosting or regular healing? Basically scrambling caused the scrambler to go to a 1 (which is also its just spawned health) so would healing it after it has been scrambled be considered an action? Ha sorry kind of confusing...

I'd consider it boosting, since you get the unit at 1HP.

Healing a scrambled unit is healing. It doesn't matter if it's a runner or scrambler.
