Well, you need to be pretty active to start one (I think). I know that .Memories. is the leader of DL, so you should ask him.

Don't be pushy. He obviously wants to start a new clan. If by any chance he doesn't succeed, there's always a space for him at DL.

It would be cool to see a new clan, if you guys can find enough people. The majority of active people on here are already in clans though.
