RE: Polyglotism
I know java, some python, some c++, but never really used them. Prolly should delve deeper.

RE: Polyglotism
I can code in (does not mean code well in) Java, C/C++, VHDL, and Verilog. I'm learning some Objective-C right now - need some ideas for a first iOS app project if anyone has some!

RE: Polyglotism
You are an incandescent light bulb and you feel sad, lonely, and different cuz you are the only incandescant light bulb in the basement. One day, your LED friend tells you what might lie behind the door cuz no one ever left cuz no one ever felt like they wanted too. You suddenly have this great inspiration to be the first leave the basement and be the first to see whats beyond the door and and if you could find more incandescent light bulbs and a place to fit in.

Once you leave, you explore the Hallway. The floor is carpet and when you walk, you light up and suddenly get a big idea and learn a new skill, jump. Basically, every other room you get into has carpet and you learn a new skill and it gets progressivly harder and you try not to fall to hard or get fallen on or over heat cuz you'd shatter. Also, if a light bulb is on and hot and water touches it, it explodes, it happened to me. Some rooms are dark so you have to keep running on carpet to light up and see where your going but don't over heat and die.

The last room is the attic which is dark with very little carpet and is the hardest room and in the end, you find the box you were "born" from and you find your family in there. You bring them to the basement to meet all your friends and neighbors and you don't feel alone anymore.

There could be secret bonus rooms to get to like Roof thats past Attic or Closet that you get into from Hallway. If you find Roof, you could find and walk on a power line. If you walk far enough, theres a transformer you could tamper with, allowing you to cut power to the house and make all rooms dark, which is hard mode

RE: Polyglotism
I'm actually intrigued by TGG's game idea.

My guess with your question is in Europe, most English would be relatively British, and excluding India which my use British English still, Asia uses American English. It might be all American though.

RE: Polyglotism
If European countries learn the British English vocabulary, do they learn to pronounce them with a British accent too?
