Team in Top 20 (2013.08.23)

Maybe a good idea to try a second account....but I have an awkward question regarding multiple accounts....sorry for being not so familiar with all the automatic links between game center account, apple ID and Outwitters.... Outwitters uses my GC-Account which I`m logged in, right? And my GC-Account is linked to my Apple ID, isn`t it? Is it possible to log out of game center, just create a second GC account (using the same Apple-ID), log into it, open Outwitters and then you are logged into outwitters with your second account. And to go back to my normal account I can just repeat it and log back in GC with my real account. Is it that easy or more complicated? Or do I need another Apple ID? Thanks for your help...
