Yeah, he probably thought he could and then doh! he couldn't. That lost the game for him right there.
I don't understand why not finishing your placement game makes it so you aren't in the top 200 (not that I mind being 54th this week!) You can tell that they must have excluded the people, because the list only goes to 134. More than 134 people have definitely finished their placement games, so why not go to 200? Their list must have included the people who didn't finish their placement, but then they culled the list to exclude those people after it was generated, resulting in 134. Why do that?
