in turn 3 you could have killed the runner before spawning your sniper. (blocks ttheir vision, he would not have seen you spawn the sniper)
or seeing as you decided to attack his 2hp runner and medic, you could have spawned a runner instead cause you had a soldier in range of his spawn which would tempt him to spawn a sniper which you could kill with a runner cause his medic is already dead.

overall, i dont think you did pretty bad. its just that the little choices you made had a very big impact.
i think a longer game would be better if you want to get more tips in improving your game.
