Sarcastic patronizing aside, we're reaching the first time ever where there are kids who have spent their entire lives slinging insults from safely across a pc monitor, with no threat of retaliation. There's nothing you can really do about it besides PMing Adam and Alex, so I would suggest just not feeding the trolls, unless you're the sort of chap who does that kind of thing for sport.
