Error loading game

Hi everyone,

I have a game that is stuck. It still looks as if it's waiting for me to make my first move, but I can't make my first move, since when I tap the game to start playing, it says 'error loading game'. It now has been there for seven days, and it won't be removed from my game list. It fills up my spaces for the games I'm allowed to play. Anyone seen this problem before? How can I remove or start playing the game?
