I used to enjoy 2v2, but I am finding it way too stressful these days. If I have a fat finger moment, or make a mistake on a 1v1 game, it only affects me. On a 2v2 game it also affects my partner. This makes me too scared to make a move for days on end . Any way to get past this fear?

I feel the exact opposite...
1v1 is super stressful for me cause if I make a mistake, it's all my fault. 2v2 is less stressful cus I don't feel that the opponent is attacking me alone, and if I mess up on my side, I can still hope my partner salvages the situation. 1v1 is so pressurizing for me.
