Wrong, the correct answer is "infinite", I don't even need 6 wits for that. To quote the relevant loophole:

For the sake of argument, let's assume that my target Runner is on the most distant hex away from my runner (which I will use to attack and destroy it). No matter how big the map is, I just assume a Mobi is close enough to the enemy Runner to teleport my own Runner next to it (1 Wit) and let the Runner attack (2 Wits) - done. Mobi's teleportation is only limited by the size of the map, therefore I win.
