I'm not saying 60 wins, I mean 60 games.
I'm not positive, it was just I was ranked ~#36 before getting promoted and it just happened to be on my 60th game exactly. Just anecdotal evidence, but I thought it was suspicious. Doh, ha, I can't add, it wasn't my 60th game even. It was my 48th win, 58th game, oh well, so much for my theory of min 60 games.
