I thought normal unit could only attack scrambler , so I guess this was an exception/accident
And I thought we could only spawn scrambler too, not normal units? Just want to make sure I understand the rules thanks

You can only spawn and destroy scramblere! So, killing a runner is illegal, but spawning one is too, so finally there is no problem. ^^

Exactly. In two of the games I've watched the rules were broken, but they were broken by the losing team first (or only by the losing team), so it's ok...
