The spinach didn't die. He punched the rhinicorn and it exploded around him an he got covered in rhino glitter. The spinach flew back to the moon and found Dr. Fungi in there cleaning his muddy table and using a purple blanket wetter to wipe of the mud. The spinach spilled fungicide on him.
