There is probably something basic I seem to be missing. Is there some kind of guild list page or site a player can access? What is the best way to go about researching and joining an Outwitters guild?

Read the clan threads for each clan. They give details about what is expected of their members and what the clans' motivations for existing are. Compare these details with your own motivations for wanting to join a clan and pick the one that intuitively seems most suited to what you are looking for. Once you have settled on one, apply according to the procedure given in the clan thread and cross your fingers, hoping that the clan accepts your application. If you are accepted, begin socializing in the clan's private forum. If you are not accepted, then you have a couple of options. You could consider whatever feedback they may have given you for reasons you were not accepted, and try to address whatever concerns the clan had and then reapply at a later time (making clear that you have gone to lengths to correct those issues). Another option is to apply to a different clan.

Good luck!

If you don't get my jokes, it's because of Postmodernism.
