When do the elimination phase start? I forgot.

By the way, my game against TheBitPilot says 2 days ago. Is it forfeit? (according to the rules). In some cases it has said 4 days also. sassygirl hasn't invited me to play either. Is it forfeit too? Moreover, TheBitPilot hasn't invited me to play the 2nd match. I asked him but he didn't answer. Is it forfeit as well? So did I get 5 points just in case of replacement for the third phase?

Considering that the outcome of this game would determine 1st through 3rd in the division, I am requesting extra time to finish it. I apologize to the players who have already earned their place in the elimination round and are waiting for the rest of us to finish up.
