There's other great turn based strategy games out there on iOS besides Outwitters, but what really sets Outwitters apart for me is how much complex strategy it derives from such a basic, basic design.

Unless they changed something, I don't think inactivity affects whether or not you appear. Circa September-October 2012 I think I went a month without playing but I kept on showing on the charts.
