There will not be a replacement. So the race rules are now slightly more relaxed

This is kind of why I'm supporting having a replacement, because not replacing him would give an advantage to those who have started least games, because they could more easily adapt to the race change.

Regarding the deadline for having started all games (which I hope everyone is aware of....) it's too late for a replacement IMO.

If we're looking to make it unanimous or whatever, I also think it's a bit late for a replacement.

Besides, replacement players are bogus anyways. I can't stand those guys.
