awpertunity, exactly!
It's the 1-st season of Friends! Will you help me now? Smile

GreatGonzales, it's about correcting subtitles. I guess you never watched "Friends" with subtitles, why would you, but the thing is: there's no good subs for this sitcom in Internet. It doesn't exist. You can find only one version of it with so many mistakes.

For example, in subs it's written: I feel like someone grabbed my small intestine...
Actually Ray says: I just feel like someone reached down my throat grabbed my small intestine...

I made this one, but in many other phrases I hear they say not what's written in the subs, but I can't get what they are saying exactly.

Well, guys, I hope you can help me, I'm ready to pay for this job. I'm sending you my contacts in private message.

Hah, man, I'd do that for free if I had the time. I could probably do it from memory... Confused

I can't believe this is an actual job!? Watch friends and write down everything they say? NO PROBLEM!

Thanks, guys, it looks like we will work with awpertunity!

I have a question for the natives: Which sentence is correct OR what's the difference between them if they are both valid:

1) Can you tell me what’s the difference between…and…?
2) Can you tell me what the difference is between…and…?

#2.
"What's" means "what is" so "what is the difference ..." is a valid question by itself, but the "can you tell me" changes the grammar of questions. You can't say "can you tell me <insert complete question here>." You'd just say the question by itself.

Actually, Bbobb, you can say that and it is correct. "Can you tell me what is the difference between A and B?" is grammatically allowable, though in the interest of brevity, clarity, and precision, 'what is' should generally be omitted. The resulting inquiry sounds much better.

is it really? well never mind then. but i still prefer #2; it sounds better.

Well if you're writing a term paper use #2. Never use contractions in serious papers. It's one of those silly rules that goes along with "Try never to split infinitives" rather than "Try to never split infinitives." See what I did there?
