The only problem with that is we get undedicated players sometimes that don't bother to read the rules.

Lol how many people signed up for your tourney and don't even bother sending games? I heard a bunch of teams in Dabestbro's tourney aren't starting games either, and that was promoted around the same time. The problem with promoting is you get non-regulars who don't check the forum or read the thread and don't stay posted on what's happening.

I'm not going to lie I my self am ashamed to admit that joined a tournament or 2 who at the time seemed like a good idea but as the (weeks go on) slowly started checking less often (bombshell tournament back in February 2013)
Lucky for me so far my tournament is full of a lot of active form members ! ~win~
Also with a 35 game limit I'm more than willing to send 1 to 10 games to players not taking there turn in my tournament to find out why -no slacking- haha
