A solution could be to make players choose if they want to see their hidden ranking or not, this way everyone would be happy

I think you're idealizing people lol. If it's available, people are going to look eventually whether they want to or not. And then it's all overrrrrr!

And I say just dont show it. If Adam and Alex thought it would be good for people to know, or even be 'not bad' then they wouldn't have made it hidden in the first place.
