Do you think this one can win next turn.

move the upper runner to G7 to Kill the medic
move the bottom runner to I8 and hit the base
move the soldier to H7 and hit the base
spawn a runner G5

No, they still can use the sniper, soldier and new created runner block the base next turn.

How about this:

F6 runner to J3, kill sniper (1)
F7 runner to I8, attack base (2)
E8 soldier to F9 (1)
Spawn runner to F4 and possibly boost (1-2) other spots could work as well
E5 medic to C7 (1)

With only 5 wits, they can't kill our soldier. They need to at least weaken the soldier to 2hp to kill next turn. But we can heal with our medic. If they block our medic with another soldier, we kill that soldier and takeover the spawn (using soldier and j3 and f3/new runners). Otherwise, we heal the soldier and attack the base on that turn and the next to win.

Anybody see a counter to prevent the above from being our win within 2 turns? If not, any objections to going ahead with this?

Yes, I think we can go ahead to send our turn.
Shall we move our new runner to G5 where can target on both side.

You are welcome! And I'd like to thank everyone who participated and gave input. I especially liked the teamwork in turn 10 (where we used a variation of harvarnold's suggestion). The attack terence suggested in turn 8 gave us a nice advantage, but we had to take a risk.

Yes, we made critical decision to attack on turn 8. Harvarn's heavy killing ( I've never thought) made us had further advantage.
