soldier to F7 is one of the options i have thought. but we are still fighting in dark.
just want to have a runner on left (e8/f8), then decide to move our scrambler to J3 or not

What harm can they do on the left right now? Even if something is over there it is far enough back that it can't attack. A runner on our backdoor could probably be trapped and scrambled.
But, a runner might be useful because they probably dont have a medic.
We could also spawn anew scrambler to j3.

They can have a scrambler at E8 even though it is unlikely. its because we don't have good vision.

E8 is our bonus wit. Do you mean B7? A scrambler over there seems highly unlikely.
An attack on I2 seems likely and we should ready ourselves. I don't know if we should use the scrambler though - they might put a scrambler nearby to scramble our scrambler.
