Well, you need to be pretty active to start one (I think). I know that .Memories. is the leader of DL, so you should ask him.
Oh, apparently Harti founded DL, though .Memories. is the leader. Ask Harti. I hear *NullPointer wants to start a clan too.
Maybe you two could co-lead.

Necrocat started Wolfpack. The current Alpha Wolf is TheGreatAnt. He is away for the summer, so the Beta Wolves Doodat and Phyresis took over.
