Probably because P1 hasn't started the game yet.
Seriously though, all of the above players have other games ongoing. Bluharbour we're trying to get ahold of, but the other players have other games ongoing, and according to the rules don't have to play multiple games at once if they don't want to.
As for amoffett11 vs aaronIndayton, I have a question. I started the game, made no moves, didn't send the turn, but put a message in there asking if he's ready to start. Can he see this though? It's been three days, and I'm starting to think he can't see the message until I actually send the turn.

No problem, amoffett. Just trying to keep things moving along. The rules are quite open-ended with regard to when games need to be started.
