I think they were all made/Photoshopped for the Eurasia vs America games. Not sure if any of the other maps exist?

I used Photobucket's edit funcion. It's not the greatest, but it'll do.

A ok. But did you put the letters one by one or there is any option to put them in columns at once in that app?

I did them all one by one. But you need to visit the website on your desktop for that.

Yes, I was the one who created the maps for Thorn Gulley and later Glitch for the team games. I just did it in Paint.

Yup. Relatively time consuming, but not hard. Recommendation: get map image from Harti's map creator tool, and then overlay using Arial Bold 14 font I believe.
