Yes. Looks like the current interest level is at about 16 participants anyway. Better just go with 16, in my opinion.

Sorry ladies and gentleman, it was a busy Memorial Day weekend, complete with a 23.5 mile bicycle ride yesterday. Unless someone has a good suggestion, I think I'll have to cap this tourney at 16 players and get it started. I think the other option would be Swiss style limited to a certain number of rounds, 5 for example.
