Oh, if anyone is curious, I did get promoted to ST, at my 60th game. So I'm guessing there is a 60 game minimum to get to ST.

I'm not saying 60 wins, I mean 60 games.
I'm not positive, it was just I was ranked ~#36 before getting promoted and it just happened to be on my 60th game exactly. Just anecdotal evidence, but I thought it was suspicious.
Doh, ha, I can't add, it wasn't my 60th game even. It was my 48th win, 58th game, oh well, so much for my theory of min 60 games.

well anyway, the only way we can correctly assume that the minimum number of games to become ST is 60 is if you won all 60 games. even then we cant be sure as there are some other factors like hidden rating of different opponents among the 60 wins

Yeah, you're right, it was just anecdotal evidence, and once I looked it up on OSN, I was wrong about it being 60 games. Since I've recorded every game on OSN except 3, I added it up, and it was only 58 games.
