My first time posting a replay here, im not sure what i did wrong here, I just got back into the game, this is one of my first few games. Advice is appreciated.

I think turn 23 was where it cost you. You ran out of wits to be able to kill off a soldier in the top. By leaving behind both his soldiers and then moving your own soldier in place which can be killed by his 2 soldiers, you essentially lost positioning.

The key was the order of how you moved. You could've done everything you did do and killed off a soldier if you had waited to boost your newly created soldier after you had moved your soldier up and attacked.

I don't have a specific replay I need help with, but I'm facing a lot of turtles and I don't know what to do except turtle in response. It's especially frustrating when they pump out an early BS that I can't quite kill. Any advice would be welcome

Help please, or when I shot the wrong heavy with my sniper ( the biggest mistake i have ever made) was I on the right track?

Yes, now that you say it, it does make sense. And I remember thinking about that after i made the move.

I played terribly. I'm just really bad early game on peekaboo I guess, so, any advice?

you got too excited and killed the Mobi too early. If you'd turtled, or even waited just one turn and saved 3 or so wits you could have probably done a lot more with that attack than you did. You played well up until that point, except your opening

I notice openings on Peekaboo are kind of up for debate, but generally I see STs spawning a runner and moving it to the hex next to the top most obstacle, one space behind where you put your runner. Doing this leaves your runner in your opponent's FOW. From there you can generally figure out where they're moving their units by simple process of elimination based on the units' HP and such as they enter your field of vision.

Is my mistakes the turn I spawned bramble?

actually I think your mistake was spawning a sniper. The bramble probably ended up helping you a bit but the sniper just sat there the rest of the game doing nothing. Maybe if you'd tried moving him up where he could shoot some things it would have worked out

Played well I thought but just a little outclassed. Any pointers on any mistakes? I saved for a scrambler but ended up with a big push that I couldn't sustain
