UP - underpowered
Buff - to increase in power
Nerf - to reduce in power

If something has abusable or unintended traits that make it OP/UP however it's considered broken.

In some game communities debuff is used
Debuff- to take away buff

It is also used to represent a negative state, or negative buff if-you-will.
