I think that's what's great about these tournaments. I've gotten to see a lot of unique play and replays that you wouldn't normally see because most of the players are pretty inactive or don't post replays normally.

I suggest that for next season a time table be put in place for each round. Maybe something like the first N rounds should be started by the end of the first week and each additional month the next M rounds should be started. Knowing this schedule up front is much better than being forced into a situation of playing more games than you like all of the sudden.
As I said in my previous post, obviously the rules stated that you may play a few of all your games at once, but I didn't think a participant (here, sharugames) would start to participate so late compared to the beginning of the tournament, so to my mind it's normal to ask him to play more games than a few at once now, because even if the rules didn't state so, starting this late wasn't supposed to happen.
I understand sharugames had suddendly huge things to do irl and so on, but it's thus my right to ask him to play more games at a time!I do agree about the remaining part of your post. What I was thinking is rather put the deadline for all rounds exactly one month after the tournament begins, or maybe a bit more if there are a lot of participants and thus rounds.
So now it's official, thrutchy, pharmafan and torbreck are now the three players that impress me the most. I'm feeling so tiny in comparison!

You know, casually glancing at the number of times that S1 replays were watched, they're generally in the 20s at most. That implies that nobody is really watching the replays! I would think these would be interesting for people to watch.
Keep in mind that if someone watched a replay more than once it would count each time they watched it.

I'd like to add there are a couple of players I've always respected but are not highly ranked, Thrutchy & CombatEx. I'm glad they joined my tourney, just missing LER4T, someone make him join

You are right Cor! I know that all of these games are of the highest quality, and its a shame that not a lot get to see them.

Well nobody watches replays of any kind on OSN ^^ You never see a replay goig for more than 20 views lately, or very rarely :/

I feel like that replay value is not very accurate. I bet there is some rule where you have to watch so many turns or watch it till the end to have it count.
Not sure, though - this is just speculation.

I watch every one of these replays and love them. But I don't thinkni learn anything because you guys are at such a high level! Most of the time I think a move is weird until I see why you did it.
