Judging by the participants who have signed up already, this promises to be one week of "what am I doing?!" followed by three weeks of nail-biting. ;-)

Ladies and Gentlemen, sharpen your arrows, polish your tilting skills, we have a release date for Tilt to Live 2 and therefore a starting point for this tourney! This thursday, November 14th, the hunt for big combos and bigger scores will officially be declared open!

Yes, that score puts you in the lead (for the moment). However, I'm going to wait a few more hours before updating the leaderboards to get more scores in.
And now to something completely different but not unrelated: I was thinking about closing applications 5 days before the Tournament ends to prevent surprise entries. This event is meant as a friendly competition between people, most preferably from these forums, and having your hard-earned lead snatched away just doesn't seem like fun to me without giving you the chance of improving your score. I chose 5 days because that would fall nicely on the change of the month. I would like to hear your opinions on this in-progress change of rules before enacting it.
