Prespawned sniper can only attack wit.

2. Any unit can attack any other unit with the only exception being that the default sniper can't be killed.
3. No, but you may not cross G4/G9 depending on your side.

I didn't know that. The original rules on the doc said that anything can attack anything else except that the sniper can't be killed. It's too late to change the rules, so I'm going to maintain that the default sniper can attack anything. Sorry Doodat. Thanks Erenan for pointing that out.
